When will my order arrive?

Within the US, expect your item within 7-10 business days of purchase. International orders will get to you in 15-17 business days of purchase. When your order ships you can request your tracking number via email: support@gospelcanvas.com.

With our network of five printing facilities across the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, plus relationships with global shipping carriers, your artwork will arrive at its destination quickly. We offer free shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Alaska.

We currently ship with the following global carriers with tracking: USPS, UPS, Fedex, and Royal Mail.

Orders in which the address is undeliverable by the carrier, the order will be returned back to the fulfillment center, additional restocking fees will apply. Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address to ensure a successful delivery, and to avoid restocking fees.

It is your responsibility as a customer to provide a correct shipping address, and to accept the delivery. If the case where the delivery is refused, or address is incorrect, the shipment will be sent back to us. In these instances additional restocking fees will apply to have the order reshipped. Customer also pays all custom fees and duties.

Please note that during the holidays, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased order volume.


What is your return policy?

We only offer returns within the United States. Gospel Canvas is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it is delivered, you may return it within (30) business days and receive a full refund for the price of the product. Depending on the size of the return, Gospel Canvas does reserve the right to charge a one time restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please contact support@gospelcanvas.com for return instructions first before shipping your return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Returns must be received by us no later than 30 days from the original delivery date. Any returns received later than 30 days will not be refunded.

We do not provide prepaid shipping labels/packages to send product(s) back to us. You must send back unwanted product(s) at your own expense. We highly recommend shipping the product(s) back via FedEx/UPS/USPS/Canada Post/DHL.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 24 hours of receiving the returned merchandise in original condition.
