When will my orders ship?
Within the US, expect your item within 7-10 business days of purchase. International orders will get to you in 15-17 business days of purchase. When your order ships you can request your tracking number via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.

We currently ship with the following global carriers with tracking: USPS, UPS, Fedex, and Royal Mail.

All pieces are in inches. Calculations are as follows:

What is your return policy?
We only allow returns within the United States. Gospel Canvas is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it is delivered, you may return it within (30) business days and receive a full refund for the price of the product. Depending on the size of the return, Gospel Canvas does reserve the right to charge a one time restocking fee.
To initiate a return, please contact email@example.com for return instructions first before shipping your return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Returns must be received by us no later than 30 days from the original delivery date. Any returns received later than 30 days will not be refunded. You must send back unwanted product(s) at your own expense. We highly recommend shipping the product(s) back via FedEx/UPS/USPS/Canada Post/DHL.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 24 hours of receiving the returned merchandise in original condition.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order within (24) hours of purchase, CST. We are committed to our customers and your satisfaction.
To cancel your merchandise, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org and label the subject line: CANCEL MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER.
Cancelations after (24) hours will require the customer to return the undamaged product to receive a full refund. We cannot exchange your order after (24) hours because it will have already gone into production. Please review our RETURN POLICY.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is prepared for delivery, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details and expected delivery times from the carrier.
What happens if it says my order was delivered but I did not receive it?
If your tracking information says that your order was delivered, please contact the shipping company directly and file a claim. They are responsible for shipping, and ensuring it delivers. Unfortunately we cannot do anything to prevent theft, etc. Customer holds all liability once a tracking number is assigned. The only time we maybe able to refund or send a replacement is if you received the order and it was damaged in transit. Once again, we do not hold any responsibility for missing packages, that has to be taken up directly with the shipping company.
How do I change my address?
We are able to update a change of address request within 24 hours after the order has been placed. To ensure that your order is delivered, please input shipping address correctly. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your address details or cease shipment.
What happens if I received damaged artwork?
If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free replacement. Here's how:
1. Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
2. Attach your photos to an email and send them to email@example.com. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.
3. You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed.
4. If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the replacement based on the claim and automatically ship it to you.
For damaged art, we can only offer replacements and not refunds. If you would like a refund, the canvas must be shipped back to us. Please note, we do not pay for return shipping.
What are your supported methods of payments?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and PayPal. We do not provide invoices through our eCommerce platform.
